Panther Creek State Park

Panther Creek is a rustic park located on the Morristown side of Cherokee Lake.  The 1,400 plus acres representing the park consists of mostly wooded, rolling terrain.  For more information call the park office at 423-587-7046 or visit,
Tennessee State Parks Web site.

The park is located in the Hamblen County community of Panther Springs, one of the area's oldest settlements.  Pioneers from North Carolina and the older Watauga Settlement in East Tennessee arrived at the "Springs" around 1784.
